Entry Form

General information

 Entries will be accepted online, at the club, or on Friday 13th March from 4pm.

All crew members must be paid up competitors (no passengers). No fishing substitution will be allowed.

Only random boat scrutineering will take place as all competitors will sign a waiver.

Cancellations will be broadcast on Newstalk ZB and will also be posted on the Club’s website plimmertonboatingclub.org.nz. and the clubs FaceBook Page. If fishing is cancelled on any day the competition will be determined over the one day. Should BOTH days be cancelled, then the prizes will be determined by draw of all registered competitors on all prizes and will be restricted to ONE prize per Competitor. 

Friday March 13th from 4pm registration starts. Compulsory safety briefing will be held at 7pm. Dinner will be available from 5.30pm and the bar open from 4pm.

Saturday March 14th. Dinner will be available from 5.30pm and the bar will open at 4pm. Spot prizes will be drawn 11. Sunday March 15th. Dinner will be available from 5.30pm and the bar will open at 4pm. Prize giving at 6pm. Spot prizes will be awarded after prize giving.

Registration and Briefing 

Last minute registrations accepted at the Plimmerton Boating club from 4pm on 13th of March - cash or EFTPOS – no Credit Cards and no cheques. 

Dinner will be available from 5.30pm.

Competitors have to attend the briefing at the Plimmerton Boating Club on Friday 13th March at 7pm. Briefing commences 7pm SHARP

Registrations will stop while the briefing is on.

Spot prizes will be drawn after the briefing has finished. A Competitor MUST be present in person to win a spot prize.
