Just wanting to formally
thank you for the help and advice you gave us for our
civil ceremony on October the 7th held at the boating
club. We are truly appreciative of the professionalism
of your staff and in particular Michael for his
beautiful food and expertise in ensuring the festivities
went without a hitch. We had nothing but compliments
from everyone about the venue, the food and the staff.
They all did a great job in organising, were friendly,
helpful and added to the good night had by all. We had a
very memorable night, and were extremely happy with the
way things went.

Women’s Self Defense Network-Wahine Toa used the Boat Club
for Self Defense Teacher training in October 2005 over 8
days. We thought that the situation was fabulous – a
wonderful outlook. The proximity of the accommodation at
Moana Lodge to the Boat Club was great. The Boat Club
management were extremely helpful
and accommodating to work with and were focused on ensuring
that things went smoothly for our group, even though we were
hardly unobtrusive! We thought the rooms we used for
training were very reasonably priced – good value for money
and on top of that, what wonderful food Michael produces.
